Colleen E. Zitman, Esq.

After graduating from college at the University of Arizona, Colleen worked for Child Protective Services, where she served as supervisor of the special investigations unit, investigating serious crimes against children. In 2011, Colleen graduated from the University of Arizona, Rogers College of Law, and moved to Brooklyn. Since 2014, she has operated a private practice, where she has successfully defended parents against abuse and neglect claims, aggressively advocated for clients in custody and visitation disputes, and mediated parental disputes for the benefit of the child.

Having both prosecuted and defended a wide variety of cases enables Colleen to formulate forward-thinking, legally powerful arguments to aggressively pursue the client’s intended goal.
